SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and handling is a flat $7.00 on total order under 100.00 shipped anywhere in continental USA. Orders 100.00 and over is shipped free.  Most orders are processed within 2-3 days and shipped 2-3 Day Priority Mail.  Personalized address plaques and custom ball ornaments can take up to 2-3 weeks to process and are shipped 2-3 Day Priority.  If item is out of stock and takes longer than a week to process, customer will be notified.

RETURN POLICY

I want you 100% happy with your order!  I will refund any NON-PERSONALIZED item for any reason.  Simply return it with the receipt, in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.  I will issue a full refund (excluding shipping) or exchange if you so choose. 

PERSONALIZED items can be returned/replaced and shipping reimbursed if your item arrives damaged or personalization is wrong due to my error.  Please contact ASAP for replacement. 

PLEASE NOTE: Often times hand painted pottery may have slight imperfections in the pottery or glaze.  These imperfections are a sign of an item being truly hand made and should not be considered a defect.  Colors depicted on the website may vary slightly slightly from the actual product color depending on computer monitor capabilities.
